From Partial-Hospitalization to Aftercare, Wellness Resource Center Offers a Full Continuum of Care to Help You Find Lasting Recovery
Partial-Hospitalization Program
At Wellness Resource Center, we offer a comprehensive Partial-Hospitalization Program (PHP) that includes day/night treatment with a community housing component. In this program, clients are provided with personalized clinical services and therapeutic activities to help those struggling with mental health disorders and addiction.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) features an array of evidence-based therapies and services that are hand-picked by our expert team for a custom built treatment plan based on a client’s strengths and challenges. At Wellness Resource Center, we recognize that not everyone can participate in programming during the day, so we offer an evening intensive outpatient program to ensure that our clients can get the care they need when they need it.
Continuing Care
We start preparing your continuing care plan the day you enter treatment at Wellness Resource Center. By helping you identify your recovery goals and posttreatment objectives, we develop an individualized continuing care plan that connects you with the support and services you will need when you transition out of our care and back to your daily life.
